Change management not only has to see the needs of accomplishing the goals, but also has to look into the process that their way is feasible for the company. Change management introduces a combination of people, new processes, and technology. No matter if the firm is small or large the structure and design of the business. Special attention to areas of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling functions of management of each operation are essential.
Change management and technology for small business have allowed them to use fewer people and produce highly quality products. Reduce loss of time making faster decision and on-time and on-budget delivery. Technology has allowed small business to apply aggressive strategies. A demand for mobility allows small business to work outside of the office and improve delivery to clients and/or employees. Large corporations frequently upgrade or install new technology to stay competitive in the fast pace of business. Utilization of such technology as tablet computers also allows large firms mobility. Replying on such tools to better sever the customers and reduce cost and time. Technology has allowed both small and large firms to serve not only their local market but globally as well.
