Tencent Holdings Limited ("Tencent") is a Chinese-Hong Kong based Corporate, which is providing value-added Internet, mobile and telecom services and online advertising under the strategic goal of providing users with "one-stop online lifestyle services" (www.tencent.com, viewed in 02, Apr.2011). Moreover, the internet policy of Chinese government caused that Tencent's main competitors (Facebook & Twitter) cannot directly enter into Chinese Internet market. For these reasons, Tencent implement the business strategy: transforming main competitors' successful products into Chinese Market with a few changes, and according to local customers' practices, make some "differentiations" in internet products to keep the leading position among the competitors
