1.0 Executive summary :

In this report I have include the brief description of company overview and how strategy affect the performance and development of organization. I have described kraft food and Cadbury well suited model and their HRM policies towards the organization. Also explain how strategic Human Resource Management is become effective for the different company.

2.0 INTRODUCTION:

Kraft food company's main vision is to helping people around the world eat and live better. There are three steps by which they fulfil their requirements:

2.0.2 More conscious to health

2.0.3 People eat foods and enjoy it.

Their vision also tells the world-where they make their products and in which market sell

and also take care about needs of people and values.

2.1 VALUE OF KRAFTS:

Innovation: Fulfil the requirement of customer with uniqueness

Quality: Deliver the best by their commitment

Openness: Take care about the innovative thought of people

2.2 CADBURY

Cadbury's main vision is resource based view. Baney (1991) They believe employees are dependable for the survival of the organization and employees divert an organization to achieve constant competitive advantage

Cadbury develope brand loyalty by different following steps:

• To give visitors a memorable experience,unique Cadbury chocolate taste.

• Offering a high quality and good value for money

• Without cost cutting deliver a Cadbury values of fun and family.

• As a culture they value performance, integrity, sustainability commitments.

3.0 STRATEGIES:

• Kraft is basically present in the praline market brands Terry's chocolate orange,terry's All Gold.Terry's Twilight.Cadbury principally available with the brands Cadbury Roses,Cadbury Heroes,Cadbury Milk Tray,Cadbury Dairy Milk and Cadbury Snaps.

• In Ireland,Cadbury and Krafts are active with similar brands in the UK.

• Kraft and Cadbury as the nearby competitors in terms of brand positioning,quality,price innovation,promotion and product range.
