In the world, nearly all of companies are always trying to find quick solutions, and focus almost entirely on financial results. However, such over emphasis on profits would make companies pursue profits with no regard for the means employed, even they own business too. Although this in not necessarily bad all the time, an equally important ingredient to business excellence is seemingly taking the back seat- business integrity. Instilling Confucian thinking into a company can correct the problem because employees will know how to behave appropriately in every situation. A successful company is much like a marathon runner- quite different from a short-distance sprinter. A company has to have consist of the same business strategy which is based on integrity is valued. A company has to keep integrity as they do work with nothing is hidden, no deception, no untruths, no violation of contracts or property rights. We call these an organization honours its word. The author of the article Karen Christensen stresses how important the integrity which is core of in our business from the past era and now. This concept can provide concrete principles for companies striving for business excellence. In Fact the integrity has a critical role on the business to improve performance, and it relates to maximum workability of the business. However, if any company just focus on their profit and they violate the Law of integrity, their performance and honors will be shrink and actual performance is likely suffer and all the bad outcomes are will be following. Of course the integrity is dependability and trustworthiness of the whole process of the business, and is a key factor determining strategic business advantage. The pure integrity includes accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the company information and their products.
