Introduction to Coca-Cola
Coca-Cola is a company that is known worldwide. They are known for their manufacturing of soft drink products. During the history of Coca-Cola the company has been successful in reaching out to the communities and creates success in the company’s system. The process has allowed the company to reach out to 250 bottling partners all over the entire world. The Coca-Cola system is not just a single entity and oversees all bottling partners. The company consist of vary of operations their local channels. During the process of delivering their products to customers there are several steps involved. Some of these steps include manufacturing the product, packaging, and distributing the product ("The Coca-Cola System").
The Coca-Cola Company Manufacturing Department consists of being controlled by worldwide franchises that are a leader in producing bottles and cans. This area is overseen by The Coca-Cola Company. In this area of the business the company relies on learning curves. One of the company’s goals is to find ways to improve their product. With this type of goal the company has a better chance to having a cost effective production. The two factors that the company uses to improve include creating the packaging material and completing the final product.
