1.0 Executive Summary
The purpose of this business plan is to raise $50,000 for the development of a courier service while showcasing the expected financials and operations over the next three years. Jmack Courier (“the Company”) is a Prince George based corporation that will provide local courier and delivery services to customers in its targeted market. The Company was started in 2015 by James Mackean.
1.1 Products and Services
The primary revenue center for the business will come from the local delivery of letters and packages on behalf of individuals and businesses within the target market. The business will generate substantially high gross margins from these services via its 4 delivery trucks. The secondary stream of revenues will come from outsourced courier services from companies like FedEx and UPS that will source the company to deliver packages when their logistics systems have too many packages to deliver. These companies often use third party companies like Jmack Courier to render delivery services to their customer base. Our mission is to hire the people of prince George and surroiunding area between the ages of 15 to 30 who face barriers to finding work such as lack of a high school diploma, disability, live in a remote area, etc.We spark motivation, confidence in our employees.

The Company was started by James Mackean. Mr.Mackean has more than 10 years of experience owning his own business.. Through his expertise, he will be able to bring the operations of the business to profitability within its first year of operations.
