• Website provides trust and credibility and it is easily accessible for all applicants whose are interested in working with Soma Group
• Newspaper is an important media which most of top managers read everyday, so the information can spread to target applicants efficiently.

• This announcement is offered for local and international candidate
• This announcement is seeking for permanent staff which can work in Phnom Penh

This announcement is good because it mentions all relevant information about job responsibility and requirement. However, this announcement will be more professional if it includes more information below:

• This job offer announce in two website, LOLC website and job announcement website. The information in those websites is nearly completely the same; nothing is different except format and style of writing.

• Scope of job offer

• This announcement is offered for local candidate
• This announcement is seeking for permanent staff which can work in Head Office, Phnom Penh and provide training in provinces

• Content analysis

The content is good enough; it provides much information related to the position. It also includes where to work, some benefits despite of the first one. This announcement will be more interesting if it mentions following information below

• Announcement should mention clearly the experience in risk assessment, crediting monitoring in bank or MFIs
• Successful candidate has to know how to conduct and audit clients’ documents
• Candidate should be creative and good at planning

• I choose this announcement because this announcement is extraordinary. It is quite different from the two above. Moreover, I want to learn how research announcement looks like.

• Various method:

• This job offer announces on CCCA website, job announcement website, newspaper
• Comment: the announcements on job announcement website and newspaper are the same. It just roughly mentions the brief background of institution and the position needed. On the other hand, announcement on CCCA website has detail information including institution background, objective of assignment, task and responsibilities, deliverables and so on.

• Scope of job offer

• This announcement is only offered for national analyst
• The candidate is going to work 40 working days from May to August 2016

• Content analysis

This announcement is quite different from the other two above because it is research/consultant announcement. This kind of announcement is called Term of Reference (ToR). ToR mentions everything relevant to project such as detail background of project, the objective of doing this project, tasks and responsibilities of consultant and its scope, outcome after doing this assignment and due date, and so on. Mostly, this kind of announcement is difficult to understand because it is used technical word that relates to work field. In overall, this announcement is like the whole detail plan of consultant work.
