1.0 Executive Summary

Kingdom of Joy has identified as a Hotel industry which provides leisure for the people who really love to admire their free time happily. Vision of the Kingdom Of Joy is the “Happy moments you have never ever experienced”. Our aim is to provide people with a brief escape of fun over the course of their normal day. Our services will exceed the expectations of our customers. We are not only giving fun moments for the people but also developing mental and physical health of the people.

We have focused to establish Entertainment center in Battaramulla to provide entertainment facilities to the people in Colombo and Colombo suburb of Colombo and thereby take the advantage from expanding our business.

The purpose of this marketing plan is to serve as a guide for the organization and also it illustrates our market segments and the strategies we are employing to get customers and how we are getting the profit on it.

The available market for this is profitable. Our projected growth rate will be over 20% after threes years and will have profits as a function of sales over 10% by third year.

2.0 Objectives

Our purpose is to establish a profitable and well managed Entertainment centre creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement for the entire family and other groups with activities designed to pleasure.

Currently, there are no any entertainment centre surrounding areas in Colombo other than Awissawella. The company believes that by entering the marketplace first and by establishing quality facilities, it will become a leader in Sri Lanka of the entertainment industry. Our expected goals are given below;

1. To earn Rs. 1500,000 in sales by the end of year 2012.

2. Increase sales by 20% by the end of year 2013.

3. Another Business Unit in Kandy to be establish in year 2014.

3.0 Situation Analysis

Through the market survey we found that Entertainment has become trend in this century.

3.1. Market Analysis

Management possesses good information regarding the typical customers and this information will help to better understand how the customer is to be served, individual customers' specific needs, better communication channels, and how can satisfy those needs. Our business is focusing on family entertainment where there will be fun activities and sports activities that all ages can participate in and enjoy as individuals or as a group.
