LG must respond to this rapidly changing environment and to the new expectations, pressures and demands from customers, prospects, employees and partners. In developing an emerging digital strategy, CIOs and IT leaders need to understand what is possible, what is desirable and what is beneficial in order to better support their organization’s key new strategy.
LG Electronics is increasing its focus on "Smart Technology" - technology that adds convenience and joy to customers' lives.
