I am trying to improve my writing skills that is why i chose this website so that i can see how people type now a days. I really do not know what else to wright when it comes to typing 250 words hopefully i can type all of this fast so that i can get back to my normal everyday life. In the stimulation there was several shifts in the supply curve and the demand curve. In one of the scenarios the rent had to be lowered to increase the demand curve and to decrease the supply curve. In another scenario a new company by the name of Lintech, Inc. moved into town and increased Atlantis’s population. Since the population increased it caused the demand curve to increase with the two-bedroom apartments that GoodLife, Inc. had rented out and the supply curve did not change at all. In another scenario the people of Atlantis income increased and preferred detached homes instead of apartments, which which caused the demand curve to decrease and cause no effect to the supply curve.The two microeconomics concepts that were in the stimulation are supply and demand. In the stimulation it talks about rental apartments in Atlantis also supply and demand. In the stimulation they wanted to decrease the rent to lower the vacancy percentage and maximize the revenue for the business. Also when the new company came into town that increased jobs and the towns population. To increase demand the they had to increase the rent.
