Introduction:

Our group members have visited and collectively done research on this local privately owned firm named as Nortech Pharmaceuticals PVT LTD. near our university in Humak town. It was established in June, 2014 after the licensing process and its construction phase started in the mid of 2012.It is a family-oriented business and the shares of the organization are held among the family members. It is a very energetic and fresh organization in the business which is facing many challenges but have a completely positive approach towards the challenges and the business aims to make a brand-name for all the pharmaceuticals life line in Pakistan.

The Chief executive and the directors of the company possess great deal of experience in the medicine industry and related marketing of the medicines. Nortech Pharmaceutical industry is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, duly licensed by the ministry of health, government of Pakistan. They are located in the Kahuta Industrial Estate with a covered area of 20,000 square feet approximately. Their profile is as follows:

Having 10 years’ of experience in pharmaceutical industry and have owned a pharmaceutical unit in the past and have an experience of sales and distribution of medicines both in Government and private sector.

• NAEEM AHMAD KHAN

Connected with independent private Business of commercial papers. Currently looking after the overall Management of the organization.

• SAADULLAH KHAN

Currently serving as CEO of the company and looking after the operational culture of the organization.

Having 10 years’ experience of sales and distribution of medicines.
