The goal of the strategic plan of Coffee Hauz is to outline the strategies, tactics and programs that will increase its sales. Its marketing efforts begin by the time a potential customer enters the store for the first time. A strong emphasis will be put on keeping customers and building brand loyalty through programs focused on experience and customer satisfaction.
Coffe Hauz- coffee shop will provide a unique forum for communication and entertainment while offering hot and cold beverages, “delicacies”, breads & pastries and meals that compliments coffee. It will serve as a place where customers can spend time alone or as a group, a place where you can do various things such as poetry reading, practicing plays and simply relaxing just like in your own home.
Coffee Hauz does not only aims to increase income but also to help local farmers to grow coffee bean in the Alaska Region by promoting delicious coffee that comes from local suppliers.
