McDonald's case study

McDonald is the one of the best brand in the world but in behind the success of McDonald there are lots of thing like adaptability of culture, Quality of food, people's expectations, Fast services and Use of New technology. McDonald achieves all this things then McDonald become a good brand in international markets. In that time McDonald's working according to market's strategy and this understanding of marketing strategy helps to McDonald to cross the stumbling blocks of the way of success.

1. Adaptability of the Cultures - The secret of McDonald's success is its willingness of innovations. The company convince to the customer with their fast service and locations of the outlets. After the control on US markets then company want to expand their name is global markets so company started to open outlets in the other countries but the countries are really has lots of different then to US, like culture and tradition. So company uses the policy of adaptability of culture. Like in India, when company starts to launch in India then they know that the difference of the culture because Indian never eat Beef and some of are vegetarian so company set research about their culture ,like what people mostly liked and what's their dislike. Then company prepares a menu according to their choice. They represent new thing in their menu like Maharaja Burger, Mc Allu Tiky Burger so that people also enjoy with their favorite dishes. In other countries company prepare breakfast menu like rollout Chicken Mc nugget etc. In Japan totally reinvents McDonald's with Ebi Filet-o(shrimp Burger) , Koroke Burger, Ebi-chiki and Green Tea. In Germany Company added Bear in their menu. Furthermore company did lots of things for their customer so that can eat and enjoy the food.

2. Quality of Foods and people's Expectations – McDonald's strategy of maintain food quality and fulfill the expectation of the customers. When company start to lunch to other country then firstly the people of research department find the things about the countries like what people want. The best thing about Company to maintains the quality of foods.
