My collaboration and contribution
My participation is effective and very important. Before each tutorial, I did a lot of preparation for the class and communicated with team members via emails. For instance, in week 2 tutorial, the tutor gave us a list of questions related to our course, which can help us gain an extra investment from others. I had read the team member guide, so my team members relied highly on me and I finished most of the questions. I also brought some hard copy materials to class in order to save the time for more communication and decision makings instead of wasting time looking for the information through web pages. I think my teammates gave me a high rank in peer-evaluations and I really appreciate that .But they did not point out my disadvantages very clearly and definitely. I hope that they will do so and I can improve on sorts of aspects.
Team collaboration and interactions
It is understandable that everyone will make mistakes. But we should not hide our feelings as someone else does wrong things. We should try to help them for correcting mistakes.
What I need to improve on to become an effective team member
Sometimes I cannot fully understand the content of the assignment. I am going to re-read the team member guide. And I also need to improve my skills in making decisions fast and effectively.Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, founders of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach,
introduced it in 1990s by publishing their article titled "The Balanced Scorecard: Measures that Drive
Performance" (1992) and their first book "The Balanced Scorecard: Translating Strategy into action"
(1996a).
