II. STRENGHTS OF THE HOTEL
Within walking to distance to main historical sites so you can avoid the headache of dealing with cab drivers (though the Ermita/Malate district is not very friendly or comfortable for guest).
Free WiFi and it worked just fine.
Free breakfast, which was convenient and decent enough; the buffet is probably heavier than what Western tourists are accustomed to for breakfast, but they have made-to-order dishes as well.
Affordable price to anyone.
Good for people seeking for a budget hotel where suites for their taste.
Hotel service is good: bellman is proactive to help carrying the luggage's once the guest arrived. And the staff in the reception is smart and always gives quick response to local information they need, such as where to shop, where to get good rate for exchanging money.
One appreciation is the service. The staffs, both the front office/restaurant and the room service staffs are very competent, smiley and so helpful.
The hotel is at the 8th place which is included in the top 10 from the most visited hotel in the whole metro manila.
From the moment one enters the hotel the sense of service, friendliness and attentiveness is apparent.
The check in desk staff is particularly alert and assists in any and all needs. The concierge is knowledgeable and can answer any questions or arrange for transport in a timely manner. The interactions with staff and supervisors leave you feeling appreciated and their attention to detail is readily apparent.
WEAKNESESS
