USER’S EXPERIENCE

We made a survey about Uber vs MyTaxy general user’s experience in Europe and these are the results:

- 90% thinks Uber is cheaper

- 95% thinks Uber’s higienic conditions are better

- 15% appreciates Uber’s dress code, 80% doesn’t care about the dress code and  5% dislikes having a dress code

- 95% thinks Uber’s general experience is better

- 90% of users that were to choose between an Uber and a Taxi in their ride home  today, will choose Uber

The general overview of this survey shows that users claim the riding experience is better in Uber than in MyTaxi. Their main arguments are that Uber is cheaper, has better and cleaner cars, drivers have a dress code, there’s free water as a gift and passengers are able to choose the desired temperature and radio station.

DRIVER’S BEHAVIOUR

Regarding driver’s attitudes and courtesy, there are some differences between cities in the way people perceive them.

In London, people appreciate taxi drivers because of tradition, generally good conversation and their knowledge about London’s streets and routes, although results show that this is not enough and that price is still the main decisive factor against them.

In Madrid, the general feeling is that taxists should improve personal treatment with their clients. We made a survey to contrast this, and the results were:
