of economic globalization. I plan to study the pros and cons of a global organization for my final paper. I also will study for how to make a successful global organization.

4.I choose this topic have several reasons:

1) I was working for two global companies before. These two companies used different organizations to mange their employees and to make strategy for their business. I wonder know what pros and cons for these two organizations are?

2) I am interested in how do some firms use different organizations in global market to get success.

3) I want to know how these pros and cons effect a global company

4) I plan to study how to avoid those cons to build a global organization
