Describe some differences between scientific research and some informal research that you have done. Give an example of how your informal research activity could be done using a formal scientific approach.
Answer:
Scientific research is defined as the research which is controlled and objective with systematic approach in identifying the data whereas informal research generally has an element of subjectivity with random observations. As the stock broker I had many options to use the scientific approach when a particular company is analyzed in determining the worth and relative buy or sell signals. At time of reading the text I faced Hawthrone study which is about production and motivation of the employees.
2. If you were going to study some aspect of Organizational Behavior, what would it be, and why.
Answer:
Organizational behavior attempts in targeting the main cause of interactions between the two professions. It accomplishes in laying down the rules and guidelines for the behavior of human at work and asks the employees in focusing to the practices of micro-level. It targets this factor which goes long way in targeting the managing people and further leads to the effective management of the organization.
3. Discuss some of the differences and relationships between behaviorism and organizational psychology. Why do you think Organizational Behavior has tried to accommodate both?

Behaviourism covers the multitude positions. It takes in mind the inner psychic mechanism that is connected with their outer behavioral effects.
