Indeed, our industry is continuously improving in finding ways how to efficiently operate its production towards quality and bigger volume of output specially those who are inline in manufacturing process. We can conclude that technological advancement is in need for the improvement of daily production of the company. We will further cite in this study what are in need of enhancement and advancement of technology which the Indophil need to suffice.
Today, it has a capacity of more than 90,884 spindles producing yarns of the highest quality. On August 25,1993, lndo Phil was awarded the ISO-9002 Certification by SGS Yarsley Quality Assurance Firm, U.K. A fitting testimonial to Indophil's obsession for quality. Infrastructure is also associated in this ground, for it also affects the performance of the employees. According to the data gathered by the proponents they have concluded that infrastructure is one of the things that Indophil need to amend as given to the past accidents that occurred in their factory. Indophil factory has multiple recorded fire incident history, this may be due from pure accident or partly negligence from the management. That is why we saw this as an opportunity for improvement, by ensuring the infrastructure's compliance to the standard safety provision they can guarantee the security and safety of the employees. This will also tackles the management process as how the authority supervise the production of the workers. Furthermore, this sector will assess the supply of product of the indophil, the proponents will inquest from the competitors and find out what is the contrast between them, and compare as to whom has the higher and advance machineries. The proponents will probe where the indophil lacks which his competitors advance. All in all, this study will showcase the external effect of technological factor to the indophil.
