Introduction
Within this writing we will look at a list of poor and good quality website. Branded3.com had a list of the worst websites that are in existence today. Branded3.com starts out reminding us what websites looked like back in the 1990’s when they were just beginning to surface. They were pretty Plain Jane back then, and today with the advancement of technology and programs available one would think that they would be superior to say the least. “Unfortunately (and surprisingly) there are some websites that are still stuck in a bit of a time warp, sporting clunky designs, an overload of information and some pretty poor quality images” (Throup, 2014, ¶ 3). In doing research for the best quality websites Awwwards.com was discovered. This website can be a little complicated to maneuver through, however, it cannot be rated the worst. It is believed that their website is created in such way because they recognize the agencies, developers and web designers from around the world. Within their site you can find hundreds of websites to go to and in a vast variety of topics. The first two listed under good quality was located and looked over to make an individual opinion. “Our mission is to discover, recognize, and promote the talent and effort of web designers, developers, and agencies who create unique digital experiences that are useful, innovative, intuitive, and beautiful” (Awwwards.com. 2016) Walmart.com was chosen due to personal experience.

Common characteristics of the poor-quality websites.
All three of the above mentioned sites lack user friendly capabilities. The website uglytub.com looks more like websites from the 1990’s. Truly sad to see such horrible graphics that have been reshaped completely wrong. Then the links at the top of the home page are vague to say the least. If I wanted to know how much each service that they could do or products, they sell there is not a location to determine price. Therefore, if you want to know a price you have to get a hold of them. Then there is Pennyjuice.com where this home page will not only blind you with the bright yellow, you need sun glasses just to look at it. Furthermore, you have to figure out how to navigate through it as they have all the links embedded in a colorful graphic. Finally, bolenreport.com has way too much information on their home page. They have listed one article after another on the home page, rather than having links to relevance or year for articles. The first article dates back to 2005 and it is located in the middle column at the very bottom of the page. If they had links by year and month. The other thing that they could do is have a search engine that you could search for a certain topic it would be much easier to use.
