Dear Mr.

I am submitting you a report in regards to your company’s issues with Gender Discrimination in the workplace. This report outlines the major findings and necessary plan of action along with strategies necessary for the Sleeping Giant Brewery to avoid a Gender Discrimination lawsuit. I have provided research of the three different types of Gender Discrimination and highlighter the areas where your company has been discriminating women. With that said, I have provided you in this report solutions and several steps on how to stop the discrimination in order to better your workplace, and to avoid potential lawsuits.

Research has been done throughout the workplace due to with several complaints from your employees. Gender Discrimination is a serious offence in the workplace and you can be sued for this act. In order for you and your company to better understand this offence this report will be answering the following questions:

  1. What is Gender Discrimination?
  2. What are different types of Gender Discrimination?
  3. How can you avoid Gender Discrimination?
  4. How can you solve this issue in the workplace?

Sleeping Giant Brewery has been hiring females based on looks to bring in men for sales as well as paying women less then the males with equal positions. These are serious offences and I will be answering all the questions posted to provide you with a strategy to implement at the Sleeping Giant Brewery.
