Moreover, our company can focus on core competency because it pass all CRM to an independent organization and reduce its workloads, so Samsung can use its resources to focus on other things.

According to the artificial of security problem, the CRM data may leak out and hackers steal the data, so privacy problem occurred. Therefore, we suggest that our company should implement the data scorecard and coding. When the staff get the data from the system, they need to enter the password and insert the data scorecard to the computer to identify the position of the staff, record the time and the data they got. So, it has a double protection to prevent the information leaked by the general staff. Also, Samsung can code the important data. Staff are required to use the unique method to decryption. This two methods can avoid confidential information leaked effectively.
