Reflective assignment

Note: This is to inform you that I was absent in week 8 class and I do not attended any event inside college or outside college.

Three most important things I learned from readings of week 7-13:

I have read all the articles given for the week 7 to week 13. There is number of information I found, which will help me in my future career goals as I have over four years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and being a global business management student.

The article, which I like the most is posted in week 13 “how will you measure your life” and the three questions regarding happiness in life, family value and fear of law and jail in article attract me most. These article has inspire me to learn time management and stress management, which will surely help me in future while doing a job.

The second reading which I like interesting is about networking posted in week 10 and 11 regarding building network and smarter and effective way of networking. I learn the value of networking from these readings and I came to realize that there are number of advantages of good network such as help in finding job and source of knowledge regarding public and professional career related information and job opportunities. These reading also guided me to how to become a leader in your professional network and also clears the responsibility of a leader which will surely benefit in my future goals.

Apart from that the article “how leader crate and use network” from Harvard Business Review also has plenty of good tips on improvement of networking and utilization of networking in career success. I learn three forms of networking operational, personal and strategic and their purpose and effective use in career building will help me in my future career as I am looking forward to get a job in managerial position in pharmaceutical and food manufacturing companies.
