INTRODUCTION

Robin Hood and his organization are a group of do-gooders who live in the Sherwood Forest. Their goal is to cease the suffering of the people in this area. The man responsible for the harsh living conditions is Prince John, the ruler of the land. The prince’s right hand man or enforcer is the Sheriff of Nottingham, Robin’s nemesis. Robin and his band of outlaws face a growing number of problems, and the solutions are limited. Because of the rapid growth and declining resources, Robin suggested to tax travelers instead of steal from them. Many of the lieutenants did not agree with this idea. They were afraid to tax their allies, the farmers and townspeople, and still have them help with the fight against the sheriff. Since the army did not want to change their ways Robin began questioning them to find their faults. The Sheriff was growing stronger and Robin was getting worried. Robin decided the needed to be finished before the Sheriff had a chance to win.

Robin decided that instead of trying to kill the Sheriff he was going to hope that his inability to collect taxes would lead to him being taken out of the office. Since the Sheriff has friends in the courthouse he gathered reinforcement to collect the taxes.

Everyone in the town wanted King Richard back to rule but Prince John was very against this. King Richard was in a prison in Austria and “barons” went out to collect money for his return. Robin was asked to join them in search
