Current Situation:

The stakeholders of Merry Men Incorporated include poor people, barons and rich travelers. They have different needs because of their statues. MMI has satisfied the needs of poor people by providing food for them.

Analysis and conclusion:

Poor people want to have a stable and safety living. We recommend you to teach poor people living skills and trade instead of giving foods, such as farming and boot making. They will enable to earn a sustainable living by learning living skills, and trade with them will bring them incomes. You can also offer poor people a co-ownership
