We feel by providing our in-house agents the support program they need our productivity should excel at a rapid pace.

We outline the profits to be gained with each agent striving for one seller and one buyer each month. We also state the extensive marketing plans, goal setting and training provided by this corporation to assist each agent in reaching this goal. They have the authority to sponsor oncoming licensed real estate agents under the corporate broker license.  Our real estate firm has been duly registered in the Republic of the Philippines and we have successfully obtained our real estate agency license and other legal documents that will enable us operate legally. It is vital to stress that our management is fully equipped and we will do our best to see that all our clients are satisfied.

Presently, our very own Mr. Geraldson D. Migabon is an active member of NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® whose member brokers are known as Realtors. This self-regulatory real estate organization is headquartered in Chicago, USA.

Ms. Mely Jane P. Solinap, also our Marketing Director, is an outstanding salesperson and a renowned Sales & Marketing Trainer and Speaker / Motivator who has trained more than 10,000 salespeople for the past 10 years.

Lastly, Ms. Reshil M. Baguio is a trained and practicing real estate lawyer who will be handling the legalities of our real estate consultancy business arm.
