Re: Supply of Iran Light crude  and Defence secret assignment

We solicit proposals for supply of Iran Light crude for two major Indian refineries, Reliance Jamnagar and Gujarat Refinery of Indian Oil Corporation. Please report to Delhi as soon as possible to discuss the defence assignment to Delhi .W e have an undercover meeting with the dignitary of ministry

The volume and specifications are as under :

Volume to be delivered :4 mmbls each for each refinery (total 8 mmbls) over a 6 months period.

Specs : Iran Light Crude specifications

Port of delivery :         4 mmbls at Reliance Terminal, Sikka, Gujarat

                        4 mmbls at Mundra , Gujarat

Price and delivery basis :        Incoterms CIF

Period of delivery         : From feb2015 to June 2015

Payment mechanism :        To be discussed.
