COMMON GOALS
Our common goals are to work together to help team members grow and develop academically and socially in a respectful environment. Our goal is to achieve successful outcomes and resolve conflict directly in a timely manner.
CORE VALUES
Everyone is an equal (no titles).
We are committing to accomplishing all assigned tasks while recognizing the need for balance between academic, career, and personal obligations.
We will achieve high levels of productivity when working on team projects.
Respect personal differences and give everyone a chance to speak.

GROUND RULES
Each member of the group will be given a chance to choose which parts of the project they would like to take on. It will be on the first come basis.
Each group member is required to:
Do his/her part
Be prepared to complete work assignments on time.
If you cannot get to a task, let the group know as soon as possible.
Step in and help out other team members when needed.
Share information and resources with team members.
Participate as a follower as well as a leader on teams.
Respond in a timely manner to group requests.
Ask for help when needed.
Handle difficult group situations with diplomacy and patience.
All research must be presented with complete references.
Assignments
Everyone will post their share of work
One week prior to assignments are due, e-mail and message board should be checked on a daily basis.
Group members will continue to do feedbacks until the assignment is in an acceptable standard.
Assignments will NOT be submitted on behalf of the group until it has been reviewed by all group members and has been FINALIZED for submission.
The following behaviors are unacceptable:
