Imagine walking into a store where one can experience a no-salesperson atmosphere. The assumptions made are applicable only to the Philippine market.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Most companies today are shifting to the trend of automation; may it be in production, merchandising, or sales. Coupled with intense innovations from competition, the ever-changing needs of customers should reflect great equity and satisfaction. Fortunately, innovations may just be a snap of a finger away with the help of technology. This paper is a proposal to include a customer relations management system to the current information system of a footwear manufacturing corporation: Flexor Incorporated. The customer relationship management system is called Flexor Virtual Salesperson System. The proposal of having a customer relationship management system was based on the objective of decreasing costs and increasing profits by increasing sales and market-management relationship. This paper is divided into parts and described accordingly.
The paper starts with the Company Profile. The company profile includes the general description of Flexor Incorporated, as well as its corporate history. The company mission and vision are also expounded in this section. The business processes and the organizational structure of the company are also highlighted in order to assess the importance of the project to the business entity. Lastly, this section provides an in-depth discussion of the company’s current management information system.
The second part of the paper is the Systems Planning where the necessity of creating the project is established. It begins with the project objectives which explain the rationale behind the proposal. Subsequent to that is the project description which provides a detailed vision of the planned proposal. It is followed by the business and system requirements which identify important factors for the creation of the project. A Gaunt chart recognizing the development time and cost of the project is given in this section for the purpose of tallying the financial and time requirements of the project. The last part of this section is the quantitative analyses on the benefits that the system can give to the company in terms of finance.
The next part of the paper is the Systems Design which includes user and output interface. Aside from the visual designs, this section also expounds on the unseen designs of a system which covers data design and systems architecture.
