WATER PARK PROPOSAL
Why this is a good investment?
Lack of Wholesome family entertainment
No theme parks in the city
Land already owned by us
Site in close proximity to the main city
Easy access to the site
Water and other utilities readily available
What kind of a theme park should this be?
The park should be developed phase wise with new features being introduced every year
Phase I
The main feature should be a water based theme park
The water feature should be kept to a large swimming pool with slides and focused on children’s area
A picnic area should be developed
Photo spots
Rock climbing
Volleyball sand courts
A well landscaped garden should be developed
A maze could be a feature
Other facilities could include paint ball, laser tag, etc.
Restaurant and other retail shops will also be a prominent feature
We could lease out space to other companies that might want to install their rides there keeping our investment to a minimum.
Phase II
Wave Pool
Lazy river
Snow Park
Resort
Amusement rides such as cable cars etc
How do we develop it?
Where do we begin? The company where we will be sourcing our materials from will usually provide the support we need to design and install and build the facilities. |
