Also technology has improved tremendously nowadays. Parents are completely unaware on all thee new electronics being created on a day to day basis. Technology has improved so much that it pretty much does all the work. Parents have no need to teach their kids a specific way to clean or cook because a gadget for that may have already been created. For example, there is absolutely no need to hand-wash clothes since washing machines do exist. Furthermore, this generation is also blessed with so many job opportunities.
