Our younger generation has been greatly influenced by mass media broadcasting over the years which has severely shaped their negative attitudes and practices in today's society
Introductory paragraph
• Throughout the centuries mass media has evolved ; first there was the telegraph , then the radio, the newspaper, magazines, television and now the internet
• Our society survives on the information and communication that we gain through the access of mass media , which keeps us moving in the right direction
• We depend on mass media for healthcare, education, personal relationships, entertainment and travelling and this is just a few of its importance
• We also find that teenagers purchase what they see on the television , especially if it the latest fashion style , which means you will be widely accepted by the society

1. Teenagers are often targeted by advertisers because they are often more easily persuaded by mass media promotions and descriptions of what makes you popular.
