lexi is so freaking cool.

The film began with Paula and Juliet running through the garden walkway screaming “mommy! Mommy!” covered in blood, while it shows scenes of when the two girls were running on the boat to Juliets mum, yelling “mommy! Mommy!” Then the shot is on there feet and suddenly it turns into the girls legs in school uniform running to school, this shot shows the final ending scenes and it is Juliet being new to the school and she becomes friends with Paula, they begin to hang out a lot and they soon become best friends, throughout the movie you watch them both grow in love and begin to become “partners”, Juliet’s parents separate and Juliet gets really sick from lung cancer? And her parents decide that, Juliet has to move to South Africa by herself, “for the good of her health” Juliet refuses to go without Paula, but Paula’s parents won’t let her go with Juliet, so Paula thinks of a plan to “remove” her mother, the girls take Paula’s mother out on a bush walk and deep in the bush, they hit her over the head with a brick and brutally attack her until she is dead.

In the film Heavenly Creatures, filmed in Christchurch, New Zealand, Peter Jackson examines the personal dairies of Pauline Parker and Juliet Hulme, he wrote and directed a drama about two girls who become best friends, and they were inseparable. The film title came from what Pauline writes in her dairy and describes herself and Juliet as “heavenly creatures”.
