I found this site on the net so thought this would be a good place to start. Thanks, help help help help me please as i need help or i am going to fail. I know the basic story of Romeo and Juliet but do not understand the transformation.
I am of the understanding that Juliet decided to want to kill her self once Romeo dies, so the transformation would bew something like they ended up marrying and moving to Australia and becoming proud parents of 3 young children, Two boys and one girl. They brought a local pub and now work as a family unit and have many friends. Some modern day "Romeo And Juliets" are plays, movies or books like "West Side Story". This is a modern day story of forbidden love and death. Really, any story that is about forbidden love and even killing yourself because your lover is dead would be an example of "Romeo and Juliet". if you want to make it modern then just put the story in a scene like outer space, a club, or something that is modern.
