Studying the effectiveness of the human resource outsourcing strategies
Human Resource Management is the organizational function that deals with issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training.
The research is designed as to be exploratory in nature.
Research is focused to find the process of human resources preparing techniques
I will use the systematic sampling method based on interval from top level employee to low level employee & the company’s client.
In order to make the research more effective I will also use simple random sampling in making the research to cover broad range of data.
The sources of data is based upon the mix of both primary sources collected directly by the researcher as well as from the secondary sources like published data & company data
Data is collected by following process
a)Questionnaires
b)Direct oral interviews
c)Using available information

Process of hiring the employee to deploying the employee to the clients.
Challenge of Human resources Department.
Meeting the needs of different category of clients.
Retention of the employee and it’s challenges.
Administrative hassles to recruit qualified employee.
