First, we wanted to thank you for choosing us, as your official advertiser. Indeed, our company's called « Ad Hoc – Public Relations», well-known in the sector of Advertising creation. We're based in the Center of NYC itself, which proves our reputation & success…

We were given 8 months, to create a great marketing plan, and be sure that we have the best methods of advertising, so that you'll be able to maximize your profits and reputation.

But before we start, and in order to convince you to agree to that project, I'm going to introduce all my fellow workers :

(First of all)

I'm STEPHANE, as a Campaign Supervisor of « Ad Hoc ». My job is to manage, coordinate and represent the different members of the team, who have worked on this project…

(This is)

SERGE: is in charge of the Media Strategy. As part of the Media Planning, he chose the different advertising mediums and mass medias, where our product is likely to appear.

(Next, is)

ROMARIC: is our Web designer & actually, head of the Creative Department. Besides his job of copywriter, he's in charge of all the artwork aspect. So, he has designed the brand's packaging & our official internet platform, as well.

(The next one is)

IBRAHIMA: is Ad Hoc's Account Executive, in charge of all the advertising budget financial prospects. He worked in close partnership with your firm, to be familiar with your range of products & corporate culture.

CLAIRE: who is the Market
