Exercise is important in our daily life. There are much more way that exercise contribute to everyday life. if we not exercise, our body will become weak and we less able to do things properly.The right amount of exercise can help us prevent diseases. It reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, obesity, and other diseases. It improve our appearance and delay the aging process. Exercise also can improve stamina. When we exercise , we uses energy to keep going. Aerobic involves continues and rhythmic motion, such walking and cycling. It improve our stamina by training our body to become more efficient and use less energy for the same amount of work. As our conditioning levels improved, our heart rate and breathing rate return to resting levels much sooner strenuous activity.
Besides that, exercising with weight and other form of resistance training develops our bones, muscle and ligament for increased strengths and endurance. Our posture can be improve and our muscle become more firm and tone. We not feel better, but we look better too. When we begin to exercise regularly, we will discover many more reason why exercise is important to improve the quality of our life. Exercise reduces our stress, lifts mood and help us sleep better. It can keep we looking and feeling younger throughout our entire life.
In addition, exercise ia a key to weight control because burns calories. if we burns more calories than we take in, we lose weight.
So, what are we waiting for? Don't just lie back. Instead get our sport shoes readily set up an early morning and start exercising from tomorrow.
