The PSU College of Business and Accountancy’s goal is to be the center of development in business education by producing dynamic, empowered and competent leaders and entrepreneurs for sustainable development (http://psu.palawan.edu.ph).

These nations agreed on a shared vision of outward looking, living in peace, stability and prosperity, bonded together in partnership in dynamic development and in a community of caring societies (http://www.angochinasean.org). The integration of ASEAN member countries will raise competition for jobs, goods and services in a year time. However, there are no studies conducted on the readiness of Philippine Universities towards the implementation of this program, particularly in Palawan State University. The competency of curriculum, facilities, and faculty members are important factors that should be considered in determining the readiness of a University for a certain standard.
