Here we have quality dimension about student recruitment service in a college.
• Reliability;
Think about promised services are they performed dependably and accurately in the interest of student.
Here student wants to be feel as he/she is in good hands and whether al all his needs are to be consider or not.
To explain it more take a example of UCTI. It has many agents in 80 countries which assure the students that they are in good and trustful hand for the purpose of study. They assure them that the knowledge will be transferred to them in dependably and accurately.
• Communication:

For example: in UCTI to remove communication barrier they have many student ambassadors which help the students while recruiting. If a student came from Kazakhstan and he can understand English so have they have student representative from Kazakhstan who will help him.
• Empathy:
In UCTI they devote their individualized attention to the student while recruiting. Concern about student and their progress, or lack of, should be expressed. To recognizes student by his name and to remember their situation.
• Understanding:
The practice of effective marketing is predicated on satisfying student's' needs and wants. A service provider should be able to identify a specific students needs and requirements, for this purpose UCTI has many old students who have completed their studies in their management or admin.
