- How do I Create my Store on 36Deal?

- Fill up the “Sign Up” form.
- Once you have filled the form, our Sales Representative will contact you and give a Live Demo of the site.
- After you decide to Sign Up with 36Dealr, you will be required to provide the following details & filled up documents to the Sales Representative:
- Agreement
- Company Information – Company PAN ID (If applicable), Sales Tax No. (If applicable), Owner’s PAN ID, One Photo Identity Proof of the owner
- Order Form
- Product List / Menu
- Company Logo & Product Images
- Our Verification Team will then call you to verify whether you have fully understood all the terms & conditions of using our platform and the details given by you in the documents mentioned above.
- After you have been verified by our team, we will create your online Store with the product details provided by you.
- How do I add products?
- You can add new products in your existing catalog as well as create a new catalog. Just follow the steps below:
- Sign in to 36Deal dashboard with the credentials provided to you
- Go to “Add Products” in your Dashboard. Click “Add New”
- Fill in all the product details like Name, Price and Description and upload the respective product image and save the details.
- How do I promote my store using 36Deal?
Once your store is live on the 36deal marketplace, you can start sharing your mobile product catalog through Facebook and Mail to your customers, contacts, prospects and friends.
Order Processing
How do I get orders?
The order will directly pop up in your Dashboard. As soon as someone orders your products using 36Deal, you will instantly receive an e-mail and SMS notification in your official e-mail account and registered phone number provided by you at the time of Sign Up.
What to do when I get orders?
After getting the orders you need to process them as usual. Feel free to call up the customer if you need to re-confirm anything or notify him about stock or models. You can use the dashboard to assign the order to a specific 36Deal staff and proceed with completing the order.
