Criminology
Criminology is the area of study that is within the boundaries of psychology as well as sociology and criminal law which try to figure out the reason of why is crime created whereas trying to analyze the aspect of social issues and responses that are connected to a crime. The wide aspect of criminology can be separated into various aspects where as each is associated with the criminal mind and how a individual may act in a given situation.
The criminologist is the individual that studies the aspects of criminal law as well as certain aspects of various crimes. These individuals provide hypothetical or theoretical justification as well as analyzing the various patterns of the various type’s criminals and how they act in certain situations. The criminologist also evaluates a variety of sociological as well as psychological factors that to the various aspects of criminology. The criminologist also studies the social point aspect inside the cause and the prevention of crimes within the criminal justice system. (Criminalists Information, (n.d.)
If i had the option to be criminalist or a criminologist I would choose the public sector with only one fall back and that would be that of the political aspect in which I believe holds back a lot of laws as well as enforcement and sometime limits enforcement officers from being successful at their jobs unlike the private sector whereas the severity of the crimes often include swift action before local or governmental intervention comes into play. The job I would pursue would be that of an officer that has a multi-jurisdictional authority with the support of both the federal government as well s local law enforcement.
There are many various types of complicated crimes that are called white collar crimes as told in legal standard. These crimes pertain to in one way or another to: crimes like laundering money, theft of identity, embezzlement, some type of credit card theft, account hacking or forgery. The penalty for these crimes often acquire punishments such as community service of the combination of the two which are not limited to but are often in combination of various types of monetary fines. In most cases along with blue collar crimes the punishments incur incarceration stints in some type of corrections facility. Loosely speaking
