I have been appointed as Human Resources Manager recently with the company. Upon reviewing the staff personal records, I observed that there is lack of staff development due to improper and unplanned changes that has taken place in this organization which has created stress and uncertainty effect in staff input towards organization's development. Hence, changes and development on management has to take place in this organization in order to focus on performance through learning and development and motivation of staff to ensure goals are consistently met in an efficient and effective manner.
