Analysis of New Texas Administrative Code

State Board of Education (SBOE) instructions are measure of a superior body of state agency guidelines recognized as the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). The Office of the Secretary of State collects and publishes these rules. SBOE rules are organized under Title 19, Part II, of the TAC. Title 19 is Education, and Part II is the Texas Education Agency. The SBOE may accept innovative instructions or adjustments to or revokes of current instructions.   9. The educator shall not reveal cherished material (in form of student information) concerning students except exposure serves legalized specialized determinations or is obligatory by decree.
  10. The educator shall preserve suitable professional educator-student relationships and limitations based on a rationally judicious educator standard.

The educators need to comply with these rules and standards in order to facilitate children with better educational practices and compliance. It is significant to be a part of these standardizations so that the educators and students all together can deal with better learning standards and ideas. The educators should be responsible enough to educate the children in righteous ways dealing with improved learning instructions based on the new Texas educational code. The dean or the director of the educational institute should have all the authority to disqualify any of the educators who does not comply with these standards.
