I was supposed to be married in less than two weeks now, October 14. I called off the wedding and the whole relationship a couple months ago.. I can, with all my heart, say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I was with him, there was an emptiness, something missing. The Lord kept hinting to me to leave.. So, I did. I have recently seen the reason as to why.. I am going to

put it this way and maybe it can help others out there that are going through the same thing...

When someone hangs up on you over and over and over on the phone, and on skype, and even "punishes" you by telling you they are not going to talk to you for the rest of the day because they don't like the way you asked something, RUN.. LEAVE!!

If all your friends and family don't like the person and if the person has absolutely no friends in a place they have lived for two years, RUN... LEAVE!!

If the person gets mad at you and throws their phone in the car because you asked them to please not Google while they are driving with you and your child are in the car, RUN.. LEAVE!!

If you feel like you can't ask the person things and are afraid they are going to hang up on or ignore you if you ask certain things, RUN.. LEAVE!!

If the person tells you that you can't do swing dancing and ballroom dancing you have done for the past 5 years, that you are only allowed to dance with married men if you do dance and if you can't handle that, then stay at home, RUN.. LEAVE!!

If you have someone who will not let you go anywhere without them going and someone that goes against the way you believe and your boundaries, RUN.. LEAVE!!

Someone who makes ridiculous money decisions, has seen their child only once in a year, tells your kid "no" so much of the time and is short with him when talking to him, RUN.. LEAVE!!

Downloads 50-60 pictures of you on their phone and computer from Facebook within the first couple weeks of knowing them, tells you that they have set their notifications on their phone to show anytime you do anything on Facebook, RUN.. LEAVE!!

When there is a lack of kindness, when they are rude to cashiers because the cashier asks for their email or phone number ( I can guarantee you that the cashier doesn't like having to ask anyway so why not be respectful, they are only doing their job), they constantly let you know how much the waiter or waitress is going to have taken off of their tip because they don't like how they are waiting on you (well, guess what, waiters/waitresses have to go about and figure out how to best serve everyone.. now, there might be the occasional one that's not good but it's not an every time thing), RUN.. LEAVE!!
