Marking Scheme
Marks will be given for the following:
- Identifying OB concepts
- Indicating where this concept is shown in the movie
- Reporting on the concept with the movie as a base.
- Format of presentation of the movie analysis.
Each group must consist of 5 members. If you struggle to find 5 members, please contact me.
Before submitting your report, the group must get together to discuss and finalise the percentage contribution of each team member to the group. The contributions of all the team members should add up to 100%. Your final mark will be a reflection of your percentage.
So, for example, in a group that consists of A, B, C, D and E, you give me the percentage contributions as follows. If I give a total of 80 marks out of 100 for the assignment, your marks will be calculated as follows:
Your mark = Your percentage contribution / Highest percentage in the group * Group mark
The table below summarises the above calculations:
Team Member | Contribution | Calculation | Final Marks |
A | 25 | 25/25*80 | 80 |
B | 25 | 25/25*80 | 80 |
C | 10 | 10/25*80 | 32 |
D | 20 | 20/25*80 | 64 |
E | 20 | 20/25*80 | 64 |
Total | 100% |
