1. Please describe the strength and weakness of the 3 founders. In terms of human resources, how would you evaluate this team?

Cheng Dong Qing

Strength:

At first, Cheng Dong Qing is a person who knows nothing. He can’t speak English right and can’t speak in public. But he is a persistent person, so he never gives up though he facing lots of difficulty. He learns eagerly and read diligently every book in library. As a result, he can speak English fluently.

Though he faced many failures in his life, he could learn from his failure and make it as a turn over to become success. From timid person, he becomes confidence person. He is also a persuasive person, it make him a good public speaker and motivator. He has unique & interesting way to teach English.

Although basically he is a “yes” man, he has some principle, so he will say “no” if that’s really important decision.

Weakness:

Cheng Dong Qing is too kind and innocent, so some people take advantage of him. Moreover, he also a “yes” man, he always say yes to other people request.

As a leader, he is lack of vision for his company. He has no dream, so he not set a goal for his company to develop.

Meng Xiao Jun

Strength:

He has American educated family background and experience to life in America, so he has more knowledge about the real America.

He is an honest and straight forward person. Though his word is hurt and hard to listen, his word is the truth and need to be heard by the other person.

He has dream, vision, and lots of idea. He is also an ambitious person. So he lead the company to higher goal.

Weakness:

He was a bright and confidence person in his early time, but due to hardship that he face, he changed become less confidence and stage fright. He can’t speak in public anymore.

He is a selfish person. He also impatient and tends to impose his will without giving detailed explanation.

Wang Yang

Strength:

He is a good observer, listener, and handle people. He is also a smart and easygoing person. It makes him a good mediator.

He knows American culture through foreign girlfriend and Hollywood movie.

He welcomes good advice for improvement.

Weakness:

He is ignorance, carefree, and no vision person.
