The definition for Globalization is to develop or be developed so as to make possible international influence or operation. Globalization can be seen in today’s world through the global economy through the use of free trading, foreign labor markets, and free flow of capital. Globalization can have positive effect on business, by operating in foreign markets. The positive effect pertains to making a profit, an advantage or a benefit for the company. Knowing this means that globalization can be good for businesses in that is has positive effect on the organization by increasing its profits in the world market.
(1, Premise) By a business operating in the open market it can have better communication and be more efficient with their customers and suppliers around the world. This also aids the company in managing their supplies and their distribution networks. By doing this these businesses can market and sell their products in many countries the same way they would in their home country. (1, Conclusion) Through the use of Globalization it allows businesses to make more profit by marketing and selling their products from the use of free trade and free flow of capital.
(2, Premise) Another positive effect of globalization for business is that companies can outsource the production of its products to other countries. The production of these products will be of similar quality as home country made products but will cost less to make. This outsourcing will help boost the economic market by increasing employment in the region. This will also give American workers the opportunity to find better jobs in their own country. (2, Conclusion) Globalization will give companies and the countries being used for outsourcing improve the economy for the foreign country. It will also lower the cost of creating product for the company increasing its profits.
