The society presently lives in millions of individuals who have his or her own habits and exceptions. A few of them start because of personal behavior and background, one or two may come from heredities, and others come from observing other do particular undertakings within his or her community. Still with this information, he or she must be mindful that inside and outside causes can gain access and change his or her course, which can cause some extreme transformations. The primary problems are the variety of drugs and the medical effect for each drug has on a person body. If an individual is not conscious of the drugs’ maximum volume before consuming the drug, a person can acquire a difficult time ahead. This paper will also clarify the behaviors of specific substances and the would-be effect of addiction. It will also enlighten on the physiology and psychology side of addiction. Most of the time a person can develop an addiction to anything that changes a person frame of mind.

Psychology and Physiology of Addiction

To recognize the theory process of an addict, one must know some simple dependence whereas drugs in general can bring about addiction. Addiction is primarily psychological although addiction lean more toward the physiological changes in the human body, and drug dependency remains to be a community, ethnic, inherited, and experimental process as well (Roy, 2008). Explaining the addictive conduct can provides brief enjoyment and offers a break from distress even though there are long-term harmful effects also. The psychological descriptions of a drug abuser is more hasty and missing motivation constraint, persuaded to act in unity with his or her frame of mind in the moment and have a tendency to avoid preparing for the future. When a mother gives birth to a baby, he or she has a chromosomal individuality, which describes him or her. However, the physiological side of addiction relates to the biological balance of one’s body in association to consuming drugs and later the dependence he or she may develop for substance abuse.

Identify Specific Drug Substances

According to Drug Enforcement Administration (2009), “The Controlled Substances Act regulates five classes of drugs: narcotics, depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens, and anabolic steroids.” Each drug has its own individual assets; however, any illegal drug shares an array of similar aspects.
