Dream Inn Video - Research Case

I have watched the whole video “Dream Inn”. The video is interesting. One of my career dream is to run my own small theme hotel. The video gave me lots of ideas and tips to manage a hotel. I am really picky when I live in a hotel. I always think the hotel is unclean. If I find something dirty in the room, I will be really uncomfortable and cannot sleep. The Dream Inn totally made me disgusted at the beginning. It is reasonable why people do not want to live in Dream Inn even though Dream Inn has the priority of location of the beach. The yellow color looked dirty. And all the staff did not look like staff. They did not have uniforms and did not have the professional behavior. No regulation, no standard for the service. The landlady-Cindy controls everything. The Dream Inn needed the “revolution” from the inside out.
It is not easy to manage a small hotel. I understand why the high level hotels have the strict requirement to select employees. After watching this video, I believe that the brand is the guarantee of quality for hotel.
