Global Warming

oProvide a brief introduction and background on the issue.

The world uses these things call fossil fuels, which make energy for everything to run. Well the problems with them are they produce mass amounts of toxins which pollute the air. This causes the sun’s rays to be bounced back into the o zone layer quickly and that causes the o zone to deteriorate. Factories around the United States use one fossil fuel in particular and that is coal. Coal creates millions of toxins in are breathing air every year.

oExplain whether you consider this issue to be a moral matter and why.

I do believe it to be a moral matter. Because no one cared about it and keep getting bad read outs of the air pollution but no one did anything. Now that it is getting to the point of no return people are starting to care and it may be too late. We as a world just keep taking and taking and expect nothing to backfire or leave it for another generation to deal with. So pretty much the world has no morals about this matter and let it get this way. No government listened to anyone who cared about it until now and now we are pushing wind energy and solar and electric cars.

oAddress any dilemmas surrounding the issue that your local community must deal with.

In phoenix it is hard to breathe some days because of all the pollution of a big city. It is also much hotter in phoenix that other cities because the sun’s rays get trapped in because of the smog and makes it unbearable.

oExplain the basis of judgment you believe should be used for addressing the moral questions or dilemmas surrounding the issue.

Honestly I feel it is too late to do anything and possible it might be all made up to get people scared and to change their ways. Only reason I say that is because
